Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

We do our best to process and ship orders within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). If you have any questions about your order, you can reach out to our customer service and we will be happy to help.

Please note that during the Sale and peak seasons it may take a little longer to process your order. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Delivery in 4 hours with courier in Istanbul

• Courier fee is charged as 199 TL.
  
• With courier delivery, your orders in Istanbul until 15:00 on weekdays and Saturday at 12:00 are delivered to your address in 4 hours. 
• The courier company does not work on public holidays.
• 4-hour delivery is only available for 4-hour delivery products.

• Our 4-hour delivery service is exclusively available for select products. Products eligible for this service will be clearly marked with a "4-Hour Delivery" badge on their respective product pages.

  Please note the following details:

  • This service applies only to items displaying the "4-Hour Delivery" badge.
  • Orders must be placed within the specified cutoff times to qualify for same-day delivery.
  • Delivery availability is subject to the coverage area of the service.

Important Information

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Undelivered Items

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

INTERNATIONAL - All international orders are shipped via DHL or UPS and will arrive within 2- 3 working days once dispatched.  

While every effort is taken to send orders out as quickly as possible, in some instances, orders may take up to 5 working days to despatch. After despatch, you should expect an added wait time respective to your selected courier service.

International Duties and Customs Fees – Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you.
